Eunice Maranya - Country Director
|Eunice Maranya is a business, management and institutional development specialist with over 15 years of banking experience and 7 years of consulting for large donor, private and public sector organizations. She provided valuable consulting work for DOT in 2010 and 2011 and functioned as a management coach for the DOT Kenya management team. She has worked as an independent consultant in several areas in development including DFiD, Danida, UNDPSSC unit, USAID, IFAD projects; financial services sector, corporate and the public sector and has also undertaken several scoping and research assignments. She has sat in the Board of the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) and is now a Board member of the Competition Authority of Kenya.|
Eunice holds an MBA from the United States International University (San Diego) and a BSc from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, holds an Auditor SA 8000 Standard: Amana Ltd, Switzerland and is a Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2000: SQML Center, South Africa.
Beryl Olewe - Finance & Administration Manager
Beryl Olewe has over 14 years' experience in financial management and administration. She has provided financial consultancy for various not for profit-organizations; She also has extensive experience with financial donor regulation & reporting guidelines.
Beryl is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an Msc. Organizational Development from USIU.
Victor Kimanthi - Programs Manager
Victor Kimanthi has over 15 years management experience working at various organizations locally and outside the country. He has previously worked at Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) Headquarters in Nairobi and spearheaded the development of the Youth and Volunteers' policy before taking charge of KRCS Machakos County branch. He has also been engaged in the United Kingdom with the Law Society and National Health Service in different capacities.
Victor holds a degree in International Relations and an Executive Masters in Organizational Development - both from United States International University. He has additional qualifications in Project Management, training as a paralegal from the United Kingdom and is a qualified Water and Sanitation response member. Victor is a Rotarian and is currently the Service Projects Director at the Machakos Rotary Club (2015- 2016).
Dennis Dome - Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Dennis Dome has over 5 years progressive experience in youth engagement. He has served as an Intern Support Assistant, Program Assistant and Programs Manager at DOT Kenya, during which period; he developed key partnerships between DOT Kenya and various implementing organizations in Kenya. He has experience in economic & leadership training, youth programs' facilitation & management, and partnership building.
A technology enthusiast and an active economic policy lobbyist, he holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Makerere University, with a focus in econometrics and development economics.
