DOT Kenya Recruiting New ReachUp! Interns

DOT Kenya is recruiting new Interns. Please visit http://kenya.dotrust.org/apply for details.

Just three months after the last recruitment, DOT Kenya is recruiting more Interns. This move is aimed at increasing DOT Kenya's visibility and impact and also strengthening partnerships in all the eight provinces across the country.

DOT Kenya is seeking to recruit 75 young, enthusiastic, and energetic leaders of change ready to serve their local communities. Details on how to apply can be found at http://kenya.dotrust.org/apply.

Ever since the passing of Environmentalist and Nobel Laureate Wangari Maathai on September 25th, individuals, institutions and organisations throughout the world have been planting trees in honor of her great saying, "Ukiona Shimo,Tia Mti" ("If you see a hole, plant a tree"). This past week, DOT Kenya Staff, Interns, and Participants hosted their own tree planting ceremony.

DOT Kenya has introduced 5 experience hubs for new Interns to help enhance skills and prepare Interns for the job market place.

DOT Kenya has introduced 5 hubs for new Interns. The hubs are aimed at helping to enhance Intern skills and prepare DOT Kenya's Interns for the job marketplace. Interns will work within their hub teams under the guidance of a hub leader, who will assist the teams in developing events, learning strategies, outreach activities, and more, all based around the hub's central theme.
